We are open Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm PST. Our customer service representatives are working hard to return your call as soon as possible. I’M IN CALIFORNIA, CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER? Unfortunately, we do not have a sales office, so at this time we cannot allow pickups.
I’M IN CALIFORNIA, WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE? Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. If your order was placed during a holiday sale, please expect up to 10 business days for your order to ship. Once your order has shipped through FedEx Ground, you will receive an email with the tracking number and it should arrive the next business day.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? For domestic orders, please allow 1-3 business days for processing and shipping and 2-5 business days for international orders. However, during the holiday season, please expect up to 10 business days for your order to ship. For delivery or shipping time frames, please visit FedEx.com and USPS.com for delivery times. Please note that FedEx Ground shipping typically delivers in 1 to 4 business days.
I JUST PLACED MY ORDER TODAY, WILL IT SHIP TODAY? Our office will process and ship your order within 1-3 business days if shipping with FedEx Ground. However, orders placed with the shipping option USPS, will be shipped within 2-5 business days. We do not charge your credit card until your order has been processed and is ready to ship. However, during the holiday season, please expect up to 10 business days for your order to ship.
I PLACED MY ORDER A FEW DAYS AGO, AND MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED, BUT THERE IS A PENDING CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD. WHAT IS GOING ON? If your credit card has not been charged then most likely we have not processed your order possibly due to an item not being in stock. We do not charge credit cards until your order is ready to ship. Please check your junk email folder as we may have attempted to contact you. Contact us immediately at orders@mikohswimwear.com if your order still has not shipped after 5 business days (with the exception of the holiday season, please expect 10 business days). You may also call our office at (949) 467-9289 between Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm PST.
DO YOU OFFER SHIPPING METHODS OTHER THAN FEDEX GROUND? Yes, please contact orders@mikohswimwear.com after you have placed your order to upgrade your shipping method. Please also call our office at (949) 467-9289 to make a payment for the upgrade.
I'M IN CANADA, AND I CANNOT PICK UP MY PACKAGE UNTIL I PAY THE BILL FROM FEDEX, WHAT IS THIS AND WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY? We understand that these extra duty and tax fees are inconvenient. YOUR WEBSITE HAS DECLINED MY CREDIT CARD, BUT I SEE MULTIPLE PENDING CHARGES ON MY CREDIT CARD. HOW CAN I GET THIS REMOVED? If your credit card has been declined, most likely your order was not accepted due to a billing address or zip code mismatch. You may want to contact your bank about getting this verified because the more you try, the more pending charges will appear. It should take about 1-3 business days for the temporary charges to be removed. Your credit card will never be charged unless your credit card is approved.

I ORDERED MY SUIT WITH A DISCOUNT CODE. CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM IF IT DOESN’T FIT? All of our sales have a no exchange policy as stated at purchase. We recommend knowing your MIKOH size before you order on a sale so you will be happy with your suit!

Styling, Sizing and Product Description
WHAT IS SEAMLESS SWIMWEAR? Seamless means there is no visible elastic band on the suit and nothing digging into your skin. Our suits are double fabric lined and sits on your body like a second skin.
WHAT DO YOU RECOMMEND FOR MY BODY TYPE?
- For an athletic body type: We love the racer back style tops like the: KONA (2012), BANYANS (2013) and ULUWATU (2013). These tops are paired well with the CAPE COD (2012), LANAI (2013), and the classic MIYAKO. All of these bottoms provide a skimpy cut to accentuate your fit figure. We also love the MONTAUK one piece on an athletic body type.
- For a ruler body type: We recommend detailed bandeaus like the LANIAKEA (2013), CAPE TOWN (2012), CARMEL (2012), and for those who prefer triangles, the MUNDAKA top. We would pair these tops with VENICE, NIKO NIKO (2012), MYKONOS (2012), and DREAMLAND (2013) bottoms because the side details help create curves at the hips.
- For a pear shape body type: We recommend a printed top and a classic bottom to accentuate your top half. Pear shape body types can play around with different style tops. We recommend the MARTINIQUE top in a print and for the ZUMA bottom in a classic solid color.
- For an hourglass body type: We recommend a triangle top that provides enough support and coverage, yet sexy and embraces your curves. For example the NOOSA top. If you prefer to accentuate your bust, the KAILUA top is great. The BORDEAUX top is a structured bandeau and very feminine. Curvy body types can also play around with the bottom styles depending on how much coverage is preferred. We also love the GALAPAGOS one piece for an hourglass body type.
- For an apple shape body type: We recommend a top to minimize the wide shoulders, with bottoms that add curve to the hips. For example the NOOSA top in a solid color is a great halter-top to pair with the NIKO NIKO bottoms in a print.
DO ANY OF YOUR TOPS HAVE PADDING? All our tops are seamless and have no padding except for one, our structured BORDEAUX top, which has padding. Straps are provided with the BORDEAUX top.
I AM IN BETWEEN SIZES ON YOUR SIZING CHART, SHOULD I GO BIGGER OR SMALLER? Depending on the suit, we would definitely say go bigger on the triangle tops like the ST LUCIA, SUMATRA AND BARBADOS, but go smaller on the bandeaus like the CORSICA, REUNION, and MOLOKAI. For the bottoms, if you have a fuller bottom we recommend going by the size chart of the “LOW HIP”. Keep in mind that our bikinis are skimpy, but ordering sizes up will not necessarily be the best option if you are looking for more coverage. We do offer fuller bottoms such as the ZUMA, TAMARAMA, TODOS SANTOS and BONDI bottoms.
I AM LOOKING FOR A COVER-UP BUT AM NOT SURE WHAT SIZE TO ORDER? If you are a size XS/S in apparel, we recommend ordering a size 1 in our cover-ups. If you are a size M/L in apparel, we recommend ordering a size 2. Consider your height too. Our cover-ups will fit according to your size but if you are taller than 5’7” you may want to consider a size 2.
DO YOU HAVE ANY TIPS TO CARE FOR MY MIKOH SUIT? Once you have a MIKOH suit, you definitely want to take good care of it to maintain the high quality. To do so, hand wash in cold water and use a mild detergent. No bleach. Lay flat in shade to dry. Try to avoid oils and tinted sunscreen.
