MIKOH SWIMWEAR will gladly accept returns for an exchange (excluding shipping charges) of any regularly priced, unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise. The merchandise must be accompanied by original sales receipt, completed exchange form, and original tags must still be attached. Please specify the style name, color, and size of the suit you would like an exchange.

Customers wishing to exchange merchandise purchased online at mikohswimwear.com must first E-Mail MIKOH SWIMWEAR at customerservice@mikohswimwear.com within 7 days of receiving the merchandise for a exchange authorization number. You must then print out and complete the exchange form  and enclose with your exchange. The merchandise must then be shipped back within 7 days of receiving an exchange authorization number. Please include the original sales receipt and packaging and clearly write your exchange authorization number on the OUTSIDE of your package.

All exchanges must include the original shipping label, return/exchange form with order number, original packaging, and reason for the return on it. Acceptable reasons for a return include the following:

  1. Suit did not fit properly
  2. Suit was wrong style, color, fabric, or size.
  3. Manufacturer’s defect
  4. Discounted and sale merchandise are final sales and are not returnable.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Exchanged suits are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Package suit securely with labels intact.
