MIKOH SWIMWEAR will gladly accept swimsuits or coverups for an exchange (excluding shipping charges) of any regularly priced, unwashed, unworn, and unused merchandise. The merchandise must be accompanied by original sales receipt, completed exchange form, and original tags must still be attached. EXCHANGES CAN ONLY BE MADE WITHIN THE COLLECTION. CREDITS FOR FUTURE SEASONS CANNOT BE MADE.
All exchanges are subject to a 10% exchange fee plus shipping charges.
Customers wishing to exchange merchandise purchased online at mikohswimwear.com must first E-Mail MIKOH SWIMWEAR at customerservice@mikohswimwear.com within 7 days of receiving the merchandise for an exchange authorization number. You must then print out and complete the exchange form and enclose with your exchange. The merchandise must then be shipped back within 7 days of receiving an exchange authorization number. Please include the original sales receipt and packaging and clearly write your exchange authorization number on the OUTSIDE of your package. If an exchange number is not written on the outside of the package, it will be returned to sender. Please package suit securely with labels intact.
All exchanges must include the original shipping label, original packaging, and an exchange form.
Acceptable reasons for a exchange include the following:
- Suit did not fit properly
- Suit received was wrong style, color, fabric, or size.
- Manufacturer’s defect
